Use Livable’s intuitive onboarding interface to input building, unit, and tenant details. We’ll share a lease addendum for each tenant to sign so you can get them enrolled, legally.

Sync or Send Us Your Bills

Giving us access to your building’s utility bills will allow our system to work its magic immediately: tracking usage, clueing you into problem areas, and alerting you when something seems off.
