Receive an email invitation within 1-2 business days of completing the form

Accept access to our online portal and set up your online account to monitor and pay your bills

Contact Spectrum to request and/or set up your service equipment

*Do not call to Spectrum until AFTER service officially starts at your building - your Property Manager should have this date available.

Connect via our Portal:

  • Create your account on Livable's Resident Connect Portal to have statements emailed to you directly
  • You can manage review statements, manage payment methods and pay directly through the portal

Payment Options:

  • Pay your bill online with credit or  debit card,  or use link your bank account for ACH payments
  • If you wish to pay by phone, you can call our Customer Support line at 1-877-789-6027
