Setting Up Livable Pro is Quick & Easy

Add properties and specify how you'd like to allocate utility costs (by square footage, occupancy, etc.). Then enter unit specifications, and enroll Residents into billing.
Process Billing
Submit bills for each property (e.g., water, sewer, trash) through either manual entry or data import. Preview the allocation before approving the billing cycle.
Start Saving Money
Livable Pro calculates potential savings and issues statements to Residents. Residents pay through the online portal and owners get a monthly reimbursement!
